This was my 1990 Dodge Spirit after i was T-Boned. The accident occured on March 29th, 2008 on Route 61 In Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania.
I was sitting at an intersection waiting to go across the highway. I pulled out in front of a Volkeswagon Jetta. The jetta was in a blind spot of another car who was turning onto the same road i was sitting on. Since i didn't see the Jetta I caused the accident. She T-Boned me going 55 mph. The driver of the Jetta suffered minor injures, my sister who was my passenger suffered from 2 broken ribs, while i suffered from 3 broken bones in my pelvis, a lacerated spleen, and a hair line fracture on my tail bone. I missed 4 weeks of school during my senoir year. My sister and I had to sit out the rest of the track and field season.
On a good note the driver of the Jetta and I talk frequently, there are no hard feelings. She did not press charges she told my mother all she wanted was for us to be okay.
