Drunk Driver Killed, Passenger Ejected

Hi. Last year my friend an I witnessed a fatal car accident on a MS Highway 315. The car came around a corner and went out of control.
The driver was drunk and died before the ambulance could get there. The passenger lived, but wasn't wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the car. He had a serious gash in his forehead.They hit a corner and lost control. This is what happened.
It is either a late model nissan maxima or altima. I'd say 2004-2007. The accident was in July 2007.
I don't know how ANYONE lived through this. Jennifer
