I don't know what happend here, but I came across this accident on Thursday, October 2 in Springfield, Massachusetts.  This car is (was) a 1957 Austin-Healy and according to the owners wife, didn't have a scratch on it before these 2 vehicle collided with each other on Boston Road.
 
The owner of the vehicle was transported to the Hospital and the owners wife was not in the vehicle after the accident happened to make sure that the car was taken care of and that no more damage was done to it while being towed.  There is NOT very much room in this car at all so I'm sure that the owner was banged up pretty good.
 
The strap going over the top of the car, was there because the drivers side door would not stay closed and I did not want the door flying open while I towed it.
