Grandmother backed into a cement pole

My grandmother backed into a cement pole at 99 cent store in Downey, California. Her vehicle was a 1995 Dodge Intrepid. It smashed the trunk and shattered the glass on the passenger door and dinged it real bad. She suffered minor bruising on her legs due to the steering wheel falling down on her lap. The insurance company totaled her car but she decided to get it fixed anyway. There was about 6500 dollars in damage but insurance gave her 3000 for the car and the repair shop gave her another 500 dollars off the repairs. The car needed a new trunk lid, rear bumper, passenger door, and front bumper and rear door due to previous accidents. It took about 6 months to get the car back. The accident happened on March 12, 2007. The pole had to get fixed as well.   Keith
