This is my 1993 Pontiac Sunbird SE that was crashed on a rainy November day. I was in a large high school parking lot driving about 15 miles an hour in a no parking zone that had no pedastrains or parking spaces. I was following behind a Chevy Trailblazer going easily over 30. The lady just minutes before had almost ran a stop sign, taking my turn at that stop sign.
Following far enough behind I looked down as she slammed on her brakes in a no parking zone! When I looked up and tried to slam on my brakes, my brakes when out and my car was totaled. The damage to her car was very little and if Kentucky would not have been a no fault state, the accident would have been considered her fault to do her breaking the law and parking in a no parking zone. (When I hit her she was half out of her car.)
She was picking up her son who was not supposed to be in the area. Both of them were idiots for what they did, well at least that's the way most people see it. Let this accident serve as a lesson to all people, don't look down and don't car in no parking zones!
