I was making a left turn at a busy intersection on August 11 2008 in my Mustang that i only drive once a month, as I was making the left turn a 2008 Chevy Impala was going straight thru the intersection. Both my view and the other drivers view was blocked by a large box truck in the middle of intersection.The police officers said at the time of impact the Chevy was only doing 25mph. Although, I was the one with ticket for a unsafe moving violations. Which still to this day I think he was speeding or not paying attention due to the fact there was no skid marks.
Total cost of damage $10,000-12,000
