I am a high school mom who drives her daughter to school each day. Near our high school is a deadly intersection where a high-speed Silverado pick up truck roared down the shoulder of the road and hit me in my new 2006 Honda Civic as I crossed the intersection.
THe car's shock-absorbing design and multiple airbags saved my life. I only suffered four breaks in my pelvis, multiple fractures of my sacrum, a broken L4 Process, and a broken finger and rib. But had my daughter been in her usual passenger seat that day, what do you suppose would have happened to her?? ~ Julie in Maryland
