I was shopping at a local CompUSA store in New Jersey. I left
my car on the parking lot for about ten minutes and someone managed
to dent my whole left side of the car. I went back to the store
and asked to see the video tape of the accident. Some teenager
in a white Cadillac Escalade scraped my entire car while pulling
into a parking spot. Then he quickly backed out and drove off.
Luckily I was able to write down the license plate number from
the video tape and took it to the police. They tracked him down
and fined him for Hit and Run. The repair estimate was almost
$5000. I took this case to court and after reviewing the tape
he was found guilty and forced to cover all my damages including
a Car Rental while my car is being fixed.
