Hi, my name is Josué, and I decided to get behind the wheel of my beloved Nissan Sentra at 3:00 a.m. on a Saturday, to finally go home, after a full week of not getting enough sleep. 10 minutes after getting behind the wheel, I decided I had to stop at a police station to rest, but crashed some 300 meters before reaching it.
I woke up, overcorrected, spun a few times and hit a concrete barrier, first with the front right corner of the car, then the right rear corner. Luckily, no other cars were on the road at the time. Moral of the story: Don't drive when you're tired or sleepy. If you absolutely have to go somewhere, hand the keys over to someone without compromised abilities, or at least have someone keep you company in the car. A sleepy driver can be just as bad as a drunk driver.
