Mitsubishi Outlander DUI

I was the driver of this car. 2003 Mitsubishi Outlander. My girlfriend was the passenger. I call this fatigued driving because I had been awake since 7am, did yard work until 3pm, and played a show with my band around 8pm.
This happened around 1am. I blew a 0.08. Right at the legal limit for Georgia, but since I was 20, jail time was in the near future. I don't remember 30 minutes prior to the accident, everything else I can recall though. I tie that to bumping my head pretty hard during the wreck.
Seatbelts were on. Me and my girlfriend escaped with no injuries. No speeding was involved
