Infiniti Rear Badly Ended
Boston, Mass

This accident happened on October 5, 2011 in my husband's '97 Infiniti G20.

He was on his way home from work at around 5:30pm, about a quarter of a mile from our house.  The car in front of him had stopped and was waiting to turn left into a gas station.  My husband stopped behind him and saw an SUV coming up behind him.  He knew that the woman was going to hit him and braced for impact.

The woman driving the SUV behind him never even hit the brakes.  She swerved to the right to try to avoid him, but hit him anyway, at an angle.  The impact forced my husband's car into the car in front of him and also across the road and into the gas station's parking lot.  The SUV that hit him ended up in a ditch on its side, on the right hand side of the road.

The driver of the car in front of my husband went to the hospital for observation, but suffered no injuries.  My husband had a couple of minor cuts and a burn on his left arm caused by his seatbelt.  There were 3 in the SUV, a woman and her two teenage sons.  None of them suffered injuries either.
