Hi. My name is Shane and I'm 17. I drive a 2001 Chrysler Sebring and this is my story
I was driving to work on April 12 2008 in Manchester New Hampshire. As i was driving, me and 2 other cars pulled off to the side of the road for a passing ambulance. After it passed i check my mirrors to see if the coast was clear and.....BANG!!!! A 2002 Nissan Pathfinder slammed into the back of my car. Needless to say i was f**king pissed. plus i was late for work. well, thanks for reading. have a good one. wear your seatbelt

Yes, other drivers often do not yield to motorists who pull over for ambulances or emergency vehicles. The drivers arriving after those who have pulled over ( and who do not allow those who pulled over back into traffic) pretend to be "unaware", but that is not really the case they obviously have seen the ambulance and the others drivers who have conscientiously pulled to the side they just have no courtesy or class. (Such apparently as this Nissan driver) Watch out!!! This just happened to me the other day and I avoided a near collision. Editor BK 4/15/08
