I was browsing your site when I remembered that I had some accident pictures myself.
This accident took place in early January of 2006 on I-69 near Lansing, Michigan. It was the worst ice storm that I have ever seen, and it happened to be on the same day that I was moving to the other side of the state.
Truckers were even pulling over. Bumper to bumper traffic, ten miles per hour, on over a quarter inch of ice. My girl friend was with me when we came across this nasty accident. We had probably seen over twenty-five accidents that day but I had her get the camera out and take a few shots of this one. I'm not sure how this happened because we were moving no faster than ten miles per hour, but it just goes to show that you can never be too careful on ice.
