Here's a couple of pictures of my mother-in-law's wrecked 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer.
Last Wednesday, August 1st 2007 she was driving along with her mother, my 17-year-old brother in law and his 17-year-old buddy, towards a popular vacation destination, Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point), in Sonora, Mexico; on a dangerous two-lane road out on the desert.
Suddenly the truck in front of them which had two ATV's in the bed, somehow dropped the tailgate onto the road in front of them...my mother-in-law swerved to try and avoid the flying tailgate from crashing into her windshield, and while doing so she lost control of her Trailblazer, spun two times and then started rolling (also twice). The car ended up landing on the driver's side, with the engine still running.
Other family members who were driving behind her got to see the horrifying scene of the SUV rolling over. Their first thought was they had been killed.
Luckily, they all walked out with just bruises. Sergio V.
