I was traveling home from dinner at my Moms (on Mother's day) on Route 3 in Quincy/Braintree headed back into Boston around 9.45 pm when traffic stalled. This crash was the reason, car on its side, top and roof badly crushed. There was debris strewn over a wide area leading up the the wreck, and hauntingly a nike sneaker. Several other vehicles were parked beyond the crash, it was unclear if they were involved or just witnesses. The accident obviously occured moments earlier as the traffic was backed up only about one quarter mile and no police, tow or amblunace were to be seen or heard. People were driving unsually agressively on the road right before this mess. I passed by and snapped these two pics with my cellphone- so they aren't great.
