Honda Accord Saved by ABS

This accident occurred in June 2006 in Christchurch, New Zealand.
The car was a 1993 Honda Accord, Safety features included ABS,
no airbags. We hit the back of another car which had to stop
suddenly for a car which had driven through a red light at an
intersection on a busy road. The other car managed to avoid the
red light runner but recieved some minor damage where we hit.
The ABS engaged and reduced the cars speed enough for the accident
to be minor. All passengers were wearing safety belts as required
by law in New Zealand and there were no injuries.
