My accident occured on June 22, 2007 in Fergus Falls, MN. I was pulling out into traffic when out of the middle of nowhere a lady cut me off and hit me head on. I ended up with a minor head injury due to defective seatbelts and defective airbags and a lower lumbar sprain. My sister who was my passsenger had shattered her left pinky knuckle and growth plate when she tried to stop her self from flying forward. We both ended up hitting the windshield with our heads and cracking both sides of it. I am happy that nothing worse happened (my 3 year old son was not with me thank God)! My car had 3500 dollars in damage. It was declared totaled. Never will i ever own a Chevy again!

I would like to say that this accident is the same as many in my family. not the same kind of accident, well one was with a impala and was a rear ending one. But what I am trying to say is that i have seen and heard about a lot of chevy car crashes, when they had airbags, but the airbags had never gone off.
