Hello my name is Johanna, my accident happended on Nov. 1 of
1999. I was going south on a big industrial street in San Jose,
Ca. when a rig pulled in front of me hitting me on the passanger
side of my car.
I was going at about 45mph and the rig was going at about
25mph. I had no lights or stop signs on my side but the rig failed
to make a complete stop didn't see me and proceded to go and
that's when he hit me. I was on the hospital for 2 days and only
got a broken clavicle. I was driving a 93 mercury tracer with
no air bag but luckily was wearing my seat belt.
PLEASE WEAR YOUR SEAT BELTS IT'S WORTH IT. IT CAN SAVE YOUR LIFE.
