Heading north on highway going down slight valley with approximate 30' long bridge at bottom. I saw 2 vehicles southbound almost equidistant from bridge. One vehicle seemed to be approaching other vehicle rapidly, and entered my lane to pass coming toward me.

After realizing I was approaching, the vehicle sharply veered into the correct lane, and over compensating veered back into my lane skidding sideways. By this time I was in the middle of the bridge with my foot on the brake, but nowhere to go. The car skidded sideways into my front end, hitting the passenger door. The passenger was a 15 year old girl and she died instantly. The driver was 16 yrs old and suffered a broken pelvis. I was the only occupant in my vehicle, and my seatbelt saved me. I have whiplash and spinal cord damage that is being cared for by a chiropractor. I have photos of bruises on my shoulder and waist from the seatbelt.
