I was pulled over on the side of I-91 near Enfield, Connecticut because my car was overheating. I had just finished putting antifreeze into my car when i got cold and decided to sit back into the car. I did not have my e-brake up and did not have a seat belt on. I turned around in my seat to see if my dad was on his way when I saw a car swerve out of its lane about 15 feet behind my car. I quickly turned around and sat down in my chair.
The car hit me going 70 miles an hour and ripped my rear axle in half, smashed my back windshield, sent my wheel flying in the road and tore up the back of my car. I was in physical therapy for my back for 3 months, but I am lucky to be alive. If I had not got back into my car he could have hit me instead.
