23 people were killed and 15 were injured when a truck trailer skidded out into an oncoming passenger bus in central Finland. Emergency services workers said the accident happened when the truck's trailer, loaded with paper, suddenly skidded out and smashed into the bus, which was carrying 40 passengers. Icy road conditions were believed to be behind the crash, near the central town of Aeaenekoski, about 300km north of Helsinki.
