On Wednesday, November 10th, 2004 at about 1:30 a.m. my dad was
driving back from work. Minutes away from home, he collided with
a semi on the ramp of I-55 and Weber in Bolingbrook Illinois.
It is unclear what exactly happaned and how the accident was
caused but these are the remains of the car. Miraculously my
dad survived the crash and is recovering well. This car was once
a '99 Mitsubishi Diamante...now its just scraps of metal.
I really want to know what happaned out there and how it all
happened because i don't know how my dad is alive today after
a collision with a semi ! A SEMI ! When i went to look through
the car to get some stuff out of it i found one of his shoes
in perfect condition positioned on the gas pedal, the car was
still in Drive (D) and the key was in the ignition...it all made
me cry and i'm just glad he's alive. I know that God was there
with him.
