Find Auto Accident Lawyers: Click Here I had this accident late one night in South Africa, returning home from a late night work and an after work drink with a friend. I was driving in the fast lane, driving a little too fast about 120km/h. A car in front of me was doing about 40km/h in the fast lane. I flashed him and he did not move over, as I started to over take him on the left (in SA we drive on the left) he moved over. I tried to avoid him, but rear ended him and my car veered off into a tree. I awoke in hospital the next day with a broken femur and lacerations to the left side of my face. The seat belt probably saved my life, as I was thrown into the passenger side of the Dash board, missing the drivers airbag, and not thrown out the car. The other car drove away from the scene with minor damage.Speed and fatigue Kills and seat belts saves lives.
Cheers
