Honda Pasport to Canyon
Knox Bridge Hwy (Hwy 20) just west of Canton, GA
This was my Honda Passport. It looks as if someone was seriously hurt, but fortunately not. I was by myself going to school my senior year of high school on January 17, 2006. I was wearing my seatbelt and only driving about 45 MPH as I was on a curvy road known for its fatal car wrecks. (SCARY) When I drove over a diesel fuel spill that hadn't been reported, I lost all traction on all four of my brand new tires..
The only place I was going was off road. And not for recreational purposes! I hit the ditch and blacked out. Witnesses said I rolled to the side twice and front to back twice before coming to a stop on the side of the road. Luckily, due to gravity pushing me into the door, the roof of the car did not hit my head. I had to be assisted out of the vehicle, but not cut out. Seatbelts save lives. Amanda
