Hi my name is James. This happened on 9/2/04 at around 315pm.
I was driving westbound at 45 mph on highway 49 [California]
(in front of loves gas station) when a large red suv failed to
yield. I t-boned him full force because i had no time to hit
the brake.
I fractured my wrist and recieved many cuts and burns. He walked
away with nothing. He also walked away with the accident being
his fault. I just want people to pay attention because accidents
happen quickly!
