My new 4 month old ice blue eclipse, 3k miles on it, a woman
w/ no licence/no insurance, lost control in on coming lane, spun
into my lane, hit car in front of me and then I crashed into
them both.
I was only one hurt, crushed patella, broken ribs, bruises, ect.
had to sue my own insurance, no amt of $$ is worth the knee pain
I will always be in. apparently, its only a misdemeaner for no
licence. She was ticketed for no lic, no ins, driving in wrong
lane.We all couldve been killed. all cars were totalled.
