This was a brand new, rented, Mustang Convertible. On 1/1/92
in Tarpon Springs Florida, The guy driving this car slammed into
the back of my father in-laws truck while he was stopped at a
red light. The police say he was drunk and doing almost 100MPH
when he slammed into the back of the fully loaded dump truck.
He was not wearing a seat belt, But did have the air bag.
We were told he suffered from two broken legs, arms, pelvis,
ribs, a fractured skull and many internal injuries. That's just
to name a few with out going into detail. He was in very bad
shape and doctors said he wouldn't make the night. Well, he was
in a coma for 9 months and he did survive the wreck but, He does
suffer from moderate brain damage. DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!!!!!!
