Tires on Ford Ranger blew and my truck rolled at least five times and was totalled.

While avoiding an oncoming vehicle in my lane, my tires blew and my truck rolled at least five times and was totalled. My passenger and I were ejected. The passenger's right arm was completely severed. I was found hanging upside down in an orange tree. I was wearing a seat belt which ripped out of the truck when I was ejected. I suffered multiple internal injuries including a crushed hip that was reconstructed with pins and plates. I was on a respirator twice during my 19 days of hospitalization. I was in a wheelchair and then on a walker for over six months. I was off work more than 6 months. I was not charged. My 1998 Ford Ranger 4 X 4 (with off-road package) had Firestone Wilderness AT 16" tires and was only two months old with 3,000 miles on it. At least two of the Firestone tires blew out. I have the Florida Highway Patrol photos and personal photos of the truck and the accident scene.
