This crash occurred on 04-02-2005 when my dad was driving
on service road in Warrenton MO. A tractor trailer was attempting
to pull into gas station. When truck turned left, the autos collided
head on. My father was fully alert and oriented following collision.
They had to cut roof off of car to get him out. He was flown
to trauma center and went immediately into surgery. He died after
being in surgery for 7 hours. The truck driver said he "was
looking at the pumps to see which one was available, and never
saw him coming"
