Rear Ended by 75,000 lb Truck Robles Ca.

Traveling east bound on Hwy 46 in paso Robles Ca.on April 25,2006

We were at a complete stop for Cal trans road work. We were the 8th car in the line up, the last car. Flagmen everywhere........

Bright sunny day, clear conditions, dry straight road.

I was rear ended by a semi truck owned by Bill Davis Trucking aka Bill Davis Racing. The trucker was going 55 mph...it weighed 75,000 lbs.......
We were slammed into the vehicle in front of us. Then vaulted 70 feet into the air, flipping onto the road then barrel rolled two times landed on the top of the vehicle upside down facing traffic in the opposite direction.

We were severely injured I am now disabled.
Broken back,all my ribs, lacerated my liver, shattered my femur with a metal rod in its place walk with a cane, concussion, head laceration, collapsed lungs.

The owner of the trucking company has yet to pay us , denies it was his fault he did not have enough covereage to cover my expenses....... so now I have over 500,000 in medical bills, going bankrupt and can't work......
