So I was coming home from a doctors appointment when this car was stopped in the middle of the road waiting to turn into his driveway. Well I stopped behind him and waited for the two oncoming cars went passed. As I was waiting this guy on a cell phone driving a F250 going estimated 50MPH on a road that was 35MPH. Well he said "he never saw me" when i was clearly sitting there for at least 20 seconds. So he never saw me and hit me from behind. The car in front of me took off into his driveway and i spun out into the middle of the road. The two oncoming cars, unlike the idiot who hit me, were paying attention thankfully and stopped before they hit me.

Thankfully I was wearing a seatbelt it saved my life. I only had some bumps and bruises and my neck and back hurt. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital were I spent about 5 hours. And two days for just sleep when I got home. The other guy walked away from the accident and as far as I know both cars were totaled!
