Honda Collision With Van

Spun me into a 180, shattered my right window..deployed my airbags.. detached my front right tire

This accident was my fault... bad intersection, no stop light. i was attempting to turn left at this intersection. i did not see an oncoming van behind a car that was turning right (the road i was turning onto had two lanes, while the road i was on was two way-traffic... you think they'd put a light here.), and failed to yield to it. i figured since the oncoming car i could see was turning right, i could just turn left because there were two lanes on the road we were both turning onto... it was rush hour, so many cars were in this busy intersection.

I somehow did not realize there was a van behind him, started to take my turn, and was hit basically head on by the van, more to the right side, and his vehicle drug down the right side of my car, spun me into a 180, shattered my right window..deployed my airbags.. detached my front right tire.... the van was going about 40-45

the picture does not look as bad as the impact felt, i must say.
